For each requested role, we will analyse industry trends – who’s hiring, who they’re looking for, how many they’re hiring at a time, etc. – so that we can help you stay ahead of the curve in terms of the particular talent you’re hiring.
Hire Now, Pay Over 6 Months with Playter
If you’d rather not take the hit of paying for a whole team’s recruitment fees right away, thanks to our friends over at Playter you don’t have to. Instead, you can pay in instalments over up to 6 months. Then, your new sales team can literally help pay for themselves!
12-Week Safety Net
If within 12 weeks of your new hire you decide they’re not going to work out after all, fret not! We will find a replacement at no extra cost to you. This way, you can feel much more comfortable taking a chance on that plucky underdog.
Track Your Applicants with Proxima
Proxima is our dedicated ATS. With it, you can see all of the applicants that have been submitted, with an overview of their application and their CV. You can also see how far along they are in the process and discuss their suitability with your teammates within the system.
Note, this will enter you into a credit agreement.
Psychometric Analysis from Extended DISC
You’re going to need to know what makes your new hires tick. While, yes, you can learn this over time, it’s much quicker, easier and – most importantly – more accurate to get a personality driven psychometric test from Extended DISC. Your new employees’ motivators, learning preferences, communication styles and much more will be laid out in front of you. From day 1, you’ll know how to get the best out of (and for) your team.
Through the programme, only new hires will receive the assessment, but more may be purchased through us at a reduced rate if, for example, you’d like to see how final-stage candidates fare.
Bronze Sales Certification from Sandler Training
Even if a candidate has the perfect personality for the job, they’re going to need the skills and the knowledge, too. These of course can all be learned on the job, but that takes a long time and we’re all about acceleration. This is why we’re enlisting the help of Sandler Training to ensure that your new sales team is not only capable, but qualified to do the job.
